Return & Refunds Policy
Here at dinkybox we want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If this isn't the case then we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of delivery by the Royal Mail. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Alterrnatively you may email us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. As soon as we receive your email, we will reply to confirm the return of your purchase and provide you with the return postage address. If you do not receive a reply to your email within 2 business days, please contact us vai the CONTACT DINKYBOX link within this website.
We are happy to pay for the return of faulty goods or goods sent to you in error. Please be advised that we are super sorry but the COST OF THE RETURN of your purchase due to a change of mind MUST BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER. Additionally the orginal postage fee will not be refunded.
Please aslo note that goodies returned to dinkybox can only be refunded if they are returned to dinkybox in the same condition as they were received otherwise a credit note will be issued for the cost of the goods, rather than a refund.
All goods returned to dinkybox will remain the responsibilty of the customer until the goods have been confirmed as being received by dinkybox. Again we are super sorry but we cannot take responsibly for any goods that have been returned to us and have not been received by us. As such we strongly recommend that in ALL cases, goods returned to dinkybox are posted to dinkybox via a SIGNED FOR delivery service.
Apolpgies but dinkybox cannot take finacial reasonsibly for re-sending goods if your purchase is returned to us due to a failure to collect your purchase from the Royal Mail sorting office or a failure on your part to re-arrange an alternative delivery date, nor if you have provided an incorrect delivery address. If goodies are returned to us due to any of these conditions we can refund your goodie total but we will not be able to refund the original postage costs. If you wish for your returned goodies to be re-sent, the postage costs will need to be made again, please.
Super important - if your goodies are returned to us (due to any of the above reasons) and no postage fee was paid due to our free postage offer, a refund LESS the basic shipping price of £3.90 will be made to you via your original payment method.
