Dunny is, was, and always will be. The Dunny Evolved Series features five artists - Frank Kozik, Kronk, Huck Gee, McBess, and Scott Tolleson - tackling the theory of Dunny evolution. Each artist delivers a series of 3 dunny designs, making 15 newly evolved 3-inch vinyl figures.
A Dunny is a type of vinyl designer toy created by Paul Budnitz and Tristan Eaton, and produced by Kidrobot since 2004. The Dunny figure toy is based on a rabbit figure with distinctive tubular ears. The 3 inch figure is normally sold as a blind box option with many designs being super hard to find. The chances of finding various designs within as case of say 20 figures is known as the "ratio". The higher priced figures typically have ratios of over 1 in 20 meaning that even when you buy a full case, there is no guarantee of finding that figure.
As we specialise in helping collectors to complete their collections (without the need to purchase dozens of blind boxes in the process), as well as blind boxes (which we call 'lucky dips') we also offer our customers pre-identified characters. To enable us to pre-identify the contents of a blind box, we carefully open packages and once we know which character is inside the box, we re-seal the packaging with magic tape and add an identifying label. As such all open boxes and their contents are in a 'new' state with each character being in mint condition and coming complete with all original packaging and accessories (where applicable).
