These cute white knob windup Bob The Builder toys have been imported direct from Japan. Each of the figures in this series were originally sold as a 'candy toy' an expression used by the Japanese to describe a toy that comes with a price of candy (the toy therefore is NOT edible). The candy is usually quite small and most commonly mint flavoured. We believe that the term 'candy toy' is used in Japan to avoid the tax that would normally be placed on the toy as tax does not seem to be applied to food related items (i.e. candy). All original packaging will be included when you purchase these goodies, the packaging is very lovely also :)
