Video Game Pokemon
We guess there's not much we can say about Pokemon that's likely to enlighten you any more, to the 'gotta collect 'em all' gaming phenomeon, than you are already. Suffice to say that there's a mountain of merchandies devoted to Pikachu and friends and we're unlikely to get our hands on all of it. Hopefull, though we will able to bring you some interesting and Japan-only Pocket Monsters goodies.
Poke Ball Projectors Cool plastic Poke balls (about 2" in diameter) with a button inset into the top that projects a picture of Pokemon (taken from the current Black & White roster) when pressed. Rigorously tested and approved by dinkybox's resident 8 year old who proclaimed them 'really cool'. Each Poke Projector comes in a gacha ball with a little Japanese flyer showing all those in the series.Note: Due to small parts and the usual choking hazard, none of these items are suitable for under 3 years old little ones.
Keshigomu + Pokemon We're going to assume that you know about Pokemon but what's all this 'keshigomu' stuff? Keshigomu (or just keshi on its own) is a term used in Japan for little collectable figures that are usually made out of a rubber-type material (like an eraser). If you're of a certain age you might remember M.U.S.C.L.E or Monsters In My Pocket as a kid but that's just the top of the tip of the iceberg where keshi are concerned. What we have here is a Poke ball made out of a rubberised plastic material (the keshigomu part we guess) with a small plastic Pokemon inside (they're all from the Black & While game and anime, although labelled under the current Japanese TV cartoon name of Best Wishes). The balls are about 2" in diameter and fit really nicely in the hand.Note: Due to small parts and the usual choking hazard, none of these items are suitable for under 3 years old little ones.
