The Simpsons - Series 1

We love these totally wonderful, mini collectable Simpsons figures produced by Kidrobot and creator Matt Groening. There are 24 characters, from what Channel 4 deemed to call the greatest kid's show, to collect, including three chase variants (Devil Ned Flanders/Mr. Teeny/Snake). Within this series of 24 figures there's also two very hard to find characters, namely Bumblebee Man and Funzo, each with a ratio of just 1/96 so fingers crossed with those lucky dips!

Please note that with the exception of the lucky dip option, all boxes and foil bags have been opened for identification purposes only and that all of these figures come complete with all of their original packaging and accessories (where applicable) plus a very nice self portrait sticker.. The overall box size for each figure is: 60 x 85 x 60mm (2.5 x 3.2 x 2.5 inches). Each figure stands approximately 3" (75mm) tall.

Please note: Due to small parts and the usual choking hazard, Kidrobot have recommended that these figures are not given to anyone aged less than 15 years. In addition, this range of Simpson figures are NOT TOYS and are classed as collectable mini art which are best suited to be displayed rather than 'played' with.

Herschel Shmoikel Pinchas Yerucham Krustofski, is better known by the stage name Krusty the Clown. Krusty has lost his accessory (not sure if he actually came with one) and his sticker has lost its edging so now he's going super cheap!

Robert Underdunk Terwilliger (better known by his stage name Sideshow Bob) is very similar to his voice artist's alter-ego Frasier (Kelsey Grammer), both are smart, high art lovers and yet Bob has ended up not with his own radio show but as a sidekick to Krusty. Bob comes complete with a very cute garden rake (probably on loan from Maris's Zen Garden) - oh, wait, that Frasier again!

We expected a donut accessory for Chief Wiggum but instead he comes complete with a fantastic blue police cap and a rather menacing looking night stick. We like to think that without his hat, Wiggum looks rather like William Shatner's TJ Hoooker.
