Although more famous for the epic Dragonball saga Toriyama's, earlier, twisted tales of a robot girl and her friends on Penguin Island have been just as enduring. These superbly detailed and painted models from Dr.Slump stand around 5" high and really do capture Toriyama's designs fantastically well.

Note: Due to small parts and the usual choking hazard, none of these figures are suitable for under 3 years old little ones.

Here's robot-girl Arale-chan again, this time in a sort of flying chair mech affair. Again, superbly sculpted and requires no assemby or painting. It comes with a clear rod to hold it above the base, as if flying but we've omitted that here so we could get the chair as large as possible in the pic.
