Deleter is a Japanese art supplies company that has all the goodies needed to let you make your own comic and use the sort of equipment and materials illustrators and comic artists in Japan use.
Here we've got all the usual supplies you need to create your comic masterpiece from ink to pen nibs to paper.
Just a quick note about paper sizes - Here in the UK we use the ISO standard for paper sizes whereas the Japanese use what's known as JIS sizes. The A range of sizes are the same for both ISO and JIS but the B sizes differ. This means that an A4 pad will be the same size as you're used to (210x297) but when we talk about a B5 doujinshi it'll be an uncommon (to us) size - in this case B5 = 182x257mm rather than our usual ISO B5 of176x250mm. Phew! Does all that make sense?
Don't forget to send us a copy of your masterpiece when you're done and we might run a gallery or something! |
